Dorothée is a founding partner of Voltaire and is primarily focused on property located in the UK and Europe and specialised in both developments and site acquisitions ranging in size from £3m to £800 million.
Dorothée has experience with mixed-use developments, prime residential, and numerous hotel projects. She also arranged funding for the acquisition of substantial sites valued without planning at c. £90 million in London.
Dorothée has arranged numerous investments packages including industrial, retail and leisure portfolios. Over the past few years, she has been helping small developers growing their business by structuring innovating packages and allowing them to be involved in several projects at the same time.
She began her career in real estate with a prominent London real estate broker. She graduated from ISC business school in Paris.
During her free time, she enjoys consulting interior design magazines and running after flea markets & art exhibitions.

James is a founding partner of Voltaire with a background in arranging complex real estate transactions. James specialises in arranging structured investment facilities for requirements across all asset classes.
During the last two years James has increased his focus on facilitating and delivering innovative distressed development solutions for both lenders and borrowers faced with problem assets. He arranges finance on behalf of some of the most dynamic mid-sized developers in the country using his strong relationships with a broad range of mezzanine and senior lenders.
James began his career in real estate with CLP Structured Finance where he placed both investment and development requirements. Immediately prior to the formation of Voltaire James was valued for achieving significant success for clients throughout the downturn.
James received a BA degree in Politics with Economics from Loughborough University and has a Certificate in Commercial Mortgages. He enjoys golf and travel.

Brian retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in April 2011 having spent over 25 years advising wealthy individuals on taxation matters. Before joining PwC he spent 10 years at HMRC where he worked on the administration of Inheritance tax at the Capital Taxes Office and subsequently at Head Office where his responsibilities included advising Government ministers in relation to capital gains tax policy matters.

Andrew is a broker at Voltaire Financial, involved in all types of real estate finance. Andrew has a particular focus on placing bridging requirements and packaging bridging applications for some of our introducer relationships.
Andrew has developed key relationships with a select number of quality short term lenders. Most recently, Andrew has been working on transactions in prime locations throughout London and the South East.
Prior to joining Voltaire Andrew spent 6 years advising on the launches of multi-million pound leisure businesses in London and around the UK.
Andrew received a BA and a BSc degree from the University of Leeds. He enjoys golf, football and travel.

Aurore joined Voltaire in June 2013 as a European Director. Her experience lies in Commercial Real Estate (Retail and Offices) in Continental Europe, particularly France, Belgium and Germany where she's had exposure over the last 10 years.
Prior to joining Voltaire, Aurore worked at Citi and Barclays Capital in CMBS. Since 2008, she gained significant experience in managing distressed assets, working on several successful and creative restructuring. She began her career with La Jonciere Real Estate Partners, a boutique real estate firm, where she participated in Sale Lease Back operations and in value-added property deals.
Aurore graduated in politics in Paris from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Internationales and is FSA approved. During her spare time, you'll find her doing sun salutations on a yoga mat, or reading about something very interesting she'll soon tell you all about!

Simon is Creative Director at Voltaire Financial.
Among his achievements is the conception and development of an industry-leading database which allows Voltaire to track and organise lenders and investors as well as offering a vast array of process-optimising tools that ensure Voltaire's team can fully focus on the execution and delivery of funding solutions.
He has also been responsible for the introduction of sophisticated financial models that enable the Voltaire team to devise some of the more innovative funding structures in the industry.
Simon has a BSc(Hons) in Applied Mathematics from Queen Mary, University of London. He is an avid tennis player and film addict.

Eleanor joined Voltaire Financial in August 2014 and primarily assists the partners with the origination, analysis and financial modelling of prospective transactions. Eleanor joined Voltaire from Sellar Property Group, one of the UK's leading private developers of commercial property, where she assisted the team with a variety of projects including The Shard. Eleanor has an undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Surrey and speaks some Italian. Her hobbies include playing the piano, Arabic dance and cooking.
